Anyway, let's look forward to a great meet! Those that don't get that this meet is to meet new great people with similar interests, won't be motivated no matter how close or far the meet is. But for those who are on the same page, we're just starting to get in some sponsor support. Show some love. 
First package came today and boy it was nice. Thanks again, Travis @ GigHarborAutoworks for a kick ass sub-woofer box for the 3G TL, but not only that, it's pre-loaded with a very nice SQ MB Quart Sub-woofer.

We should have a well balance array of raffle prices for all the cars that are planning to show up. The vote results do make a difference guys! Vote or die!

I wasnt playing down past all-cali's or anything. im just saying that it just seems more umm "controversy" for this one then the others. well maybe its cause im going to this and not the last ones.
I agree to lets just enjoy this meet and the people. fun is fun and this will certainly be fun.

just require them to sign up on acurazine, maybe it'll help promote a true all-acura forum since we recently opened up the new sections. i think its just appropriate.
any thoughts of keeping track of who brings what and how we "keep it fair"? possibly charging people who don't bring a thing which will go towards "prizes" or paying for other things?
and we need the title to be changed to make it official.

-should invite all acura forums b/c AZ opened up the new nsx, rsx sections. AZ membership required
-keeping track of things people bring so its required.
-change title of thread to Acurafest.

Your Presidio meet had a "buzz" already because of ONE meet last year. So, it already had appeal before it happened again. So, you can make it better. Just takes one meet. Afterall, it's not a Presidio meet if it's not held in the Presidio.
All-Cali has been in the same general area for the last couple years now. It wasn't about the vendors/prizes/etc. It was a central spot and a good area to meet up. Now that it has changed locations, it has to live up to previous years and start a new "buzz."
This meet looks legit. Major props to the people getting this thing organized. I think it's going to have a great turnout and be a success.

Judging by the replies I think you guys will need more than 140 spaces! Did you guys authorize this event with the local PD? It would suck to have them kick us out!
Another member pointed me to this post ~ I actually go to Fresno about once a year since have a few friends who live out there to attend the yearly carnival
I'll see if I'm free that weekend.....

Now that Acura is its own separate entity, we want to try to stress that this is a bit more luxury auto gathering, not a "HONDA RACE CAR SHOW" (ala import nights, not that there is anything wrong with that, just that Acurafest is a different kind of meet) We have plenty of young members attending, but we we also have a large mature crowd (thirties & forties) showin thier support with the NSX's & Newer Luxury Models.
So it should be a nice fun, acura friends & family event, no burnouts or stupid ish will be tollerated.
Can we expect your NSX to attend?

Dam hate that I'm gonna miss this years Acurafest. At least my bro is taking my car to it. That way I'll have some pictures of my car with the pack. So can someone add me to the list please. Thank you. Also is the guy (I think it was Nightrider) who made last years licence plates with the owers name on them doing them again?? If so I'll buy one.

I can only hope that everyone comes out. and yes, the community is very close knit here in fresno, we shouldn't have a PD problem. We have plenty of local business supporters up for helping the cause & all those traveling from out of the area.
