A new supercar/hypercar maker has arrived on the scene and we will oblige them a hearing, of course.
Shayton (falcon in the Sioux language) is the name of this Slovenian brand by parent company Provoco. The model is called the Equilibrium and it promises to be up there with the best. Yes, the likes of Pagani and Lamborghini.
The Shayton Equilibrium was designed by Andrej Stanta and Dominik Cernelic and the intention was to create a perfect storm of a supercar. The Equilibrium will be made of a carbon-titanium chassis tacked onto a forged aluminum alloy suspension. Weight will also be kept down by means of the carbon-titanium wheels and carbon body panels. Total curb weight will be 1200 kg (2640 lbs).
The specs on this not-yet-built car are big and ambitious. Power will come from a V12 of unspecified displacement with an output of 1084 bhp (1099 PS / 808 kW) and 930 Nm (686 lb-ft) of torque. Transmission will be a sequential gearbox. The press release isn't specific on those two points beyond that.
But the performance numbers Shayton is happy to supply. 0 to 100 km/h in 3.1 seconds, to 200 km/h (124 mph) the sprint from a standing start takes 8.9 seconds. Top speed is over 400 km/h (249 mph).
Bremo carbo-ceramic brakes will help reign in those thousand plus horses while the aerodynamic design will put 750 kg of downforce on the car at 300 km/h (186 mph).
Weight-distribution will be 47/53, front/back. A carbon/titanium sport exhaust will be supplied by Akrapovic.
Those carbon-titanium wheels will come sized 9 x 20-inch at the front and 12,5 x 21 at the rear. Tires will be Pirelli Pzero 255/35/20 and 365/30/21 front and rear, respectively.
On the inside will be a finish in leather and Alcantara with trims in carbon fiber and brushed aluminum.
Shayton will build just 20 units a year of the Equilibrium plus a handful of special editions.
Price will be over €,1,000,000.

What a novel idea, except that [insert any supercar manufacturer here] has already weathered this "storm".
I guarantee the first owner of said car will be Anze Kopitar.

I was gonna say vaporware but apparently the parent company is a yacht builder. Should be interesting if they can deliver on these theoretical numbers

Press release...
Shayton is a crown project of Provoco’s State of Passion design and development philosophy and the founding statement of Provoco, a brand set to define new perception of beauty, quality and lifestyle in the 21st century.
More than just a concept of a super sports car, the project is designed as an automobile niche brand based on a strong story, solid foundations and a daring vision to become one of the worlds leading super car manufactures, exposing the market with new competition.
The main focus is to develop the car into a small production model and from then start fueling the evolution pushing the edges of development, design and technology, get involved in other areas such as racing and evolve as the pop-cultural and the new status icon of new millennium.
Limited edition hyper car
Equilibrium is the name of the first unveiled Shayton model. The name represents the basic cosmic principle everything is based upon, the natural balance of the universe. Equilibrium is the condition of a system in which competing influences are balanced.
In the words of the creators Shayton Equilibrium represents pure hedonism, perversion on four wheels, on one side an abstract concept to most people and on the other a realization of all childhood fantasies and dreams for the selected few.
It represents the ultimate pleasure, a new perception of getting from one point to another, where the goal is not as important as the experience. It represents an object of ultimate excitement and a path to rediscovering your inner self... Only by looking at him, he represents sense inside nonsense. To one it represents the return to innocence.
A child of the wind and a falcon
The process of the creation is something that has not been imagined before. It is compared to genetics and the natural process of evolution, where the challenge lies in joining two in the combining sense abstract and different matters... The force of the wind with the falcon... The end result of is Shayton. A child of the wind and a falcon...
Bold and provocative vision
The bold statement for what Shayton is aimed to achieve is simply to garage the competition and let it stay there....It’s point is to prove that new great brands can come out of 21st century and that you only need passion which is the leading factor that joins unique souls together to create something not only to sweep with all the competition, but to beat them on all areas...
Passion of creation
The creation was not by reason but by pure passion and therefore it’s beauty relies totally on feelings, connection and implementation with nature and the biomimetic aerodynamic form is compared to the one of the natural perfected design for speed of the falcon - Shayton.
Technical vision
Shayton’s aim is to develop a car that is not just beautiful and fast, but also technically done. Every detail is aimed to be done to the maximum and every part will be the best.
We strive to discover the limits of material capabilities, finding of new composing materials, maybe to test the capabilities of new alternative power engines that could enhance the performance.
To use to the limits the technologies developed, and dare to develop new technologies and materials. Shayton’s primary idea is not to make the worlds fastest cat but striving for perfection and technical excellence using best materials available and aim for the highest overall performance and groundbreaking results. We will therefore not be surprised if some record breaking results in the end do occur.
New niche and interaction
Another bold statement is that this car is not trying to be a pure racer. It is not even trying to be a pure luxury exotic. This car is planned to be both. No words can prove it, but the look on it can make you believe it.
From the first moment this car is planned to be a controversial beast and this is Shayton’s vision is to offer new niches to the driver. It is aimed to surpass the expected thrills of speed, performance, roaring sound and the engine, or even comfort. The car will feature new interaction techniques.
The car will offer features like wireless internet to connect to your online music database and offer you connectivity everywhere, Saved driver settings and advanced user modes which will recognize the driver...
Prototype, partners
The car has been developed to the point that needs to enter the next phase - creation of a prototype.
Provoco is now meeting with potential investors and partners from all areas of the car industry who will believe in the essence of the project and also the business success of the brand. Automobile prototype will first be developed.
At this stage Provoco kindly invites all partners, visionaries, manufacturers, personas, who think they could attribute or join to the project to contact us on our contact details.

Redefining perfection of form and performance
Design of Shayton Equilibrium comes from pure emotions, from perfect balance of energies and forces within the lead designer Andrej Stanta. He says that this is the only way human is being able to develop such a masterpiece. Without function Shayton would be just another piece of art to put into the gallery. Therefore two worlds are to clash together at one point to make absolute perfection, equilibrium.
Engineering this car could be chapter of its own. Complex to the point where man develops new building techniques and use materials reserved for space and army industry.
According to Andrej Stanta the most difficult task is to reach compromises from both sides although both have goal to make this car pure balanced perfection. And this is Shayton.
Andrej Stanta says “To put the storm into form you have to make compromises or u can fail trying.“
Exterior
Shayton Equalibrium’s unmistakable design unites the DNA of a brutal wind storm, the elegance of a falcon in flight and pureness of a natural pearl.
It’s flowing lines aggressively cut by large side intakes and then beautifully reunited in the back give Shayton a distinctive muscular and aggressive yet very elegant and graceful look as well as low air resistance factor.
Interior
The elegant yet sporty interior in Shayton is dominated by a driver-focused cockpit architecture where the driver is in control.
Form follows emotion and function: this combined design principle is implemented throughout the car. Sitting inside in the driving seat makes one thing clear: you are possessing superpowers, you are in control of a fierce storm, enormous amount of energy, power and torque.
However, having control over all this brutal force ask for well thought interior with focus on the driver/owner. Ergonomics, styling and safety goes hand in hand inside the cockpit where is everything set up to ensure driver/owner ultimate driving experience when Shayton is pushed to its limits.
Engineering
Manifestation of a fierce storm. So powerful and dangerous yet so perfect and stunningly beautiful. Nice computer graphics. If they can build it as they're touting, then I'll be impressed. These projects have a way of building momentum, maybe a concept car gets produced, but when actual production costs get factored in, they can end up dying out

Wow.
So they have a 3D rendered car in front of a 3D rendered house, and some performance figures for this fictional 3D model. I love this part:
"At this stage Provoco kindly invites all partners, visionaries, manufacturers, personas, who think they could attribute or join to the project to contact us on our contact details"
So not only do they not have a car or customers, they don't even have investors or people to build it.
Do we open a thread here for every concept someone does on 3DS Max and posts on the interwebs?
