I guess it depends on the region. I saw quite a few in Toronto when I was there a week ago. Here in Missouri I'll see about 2 or 3 TLs a day compared to maybe 1 TSX a day besides mines.

Ok but lets compare apples to apples and not forget the fact that noboby has bought that overpriced A-Spec kit. I think I've only read about one member over at ClubRSX that has purchased it and it was at a significant discount.

WRX owns the RSX too, SRT-4, etc. RSX pretty much invented the 20k sporty FWD genre but the competition has totally passed it.
I agree, the RSX is a great car but the competition it jsut too stiff these days. Lets not forget that the new Mitsu Ralliart is now just as quick as the RSX-S, not to mention the SVT, MazdaSpeed, Sentra, Turbo ION, New Turbo Cobalt etc. I definently agree the RSX needs some more punch, thats what worries me about Honda they just sit around and do nothing about it. They have a gem in the Civic Type R that does 0-60 in 6.5 sec and they just leave it across the pond

That's not really true. In Acura's case, though, it is true because they have no products in the high end luxury realm, e.g. a 7-Series or S-Class or A8...in other words, a very expensive sedan. So their image as a luxury brand is only carried by the RL, which plays in the 5-Series and E-Class realm, the luxury midsize cars, whereas the cars mentioned above play in the premium luxury category. That is why Mercedes can get away with a 25K C-Coupe, because they have 120K coupes and 12-cylinder sedans to still carry their prestigious image. I do think that Acura is a luxury marque, and not an entry level luxury marque like Buick or Mercury, but they do not have as prestigous an image as Mercedes, so an RSX in their lineup does hurt their image.

But I'm just pointing out that your generalization isn't true across the board. I bet if BMW imports the 1-Series to the US, they still wouldn't lose any of their snooty image.
