Kia: VG Concept news

I hope they build it and bring it to the US so my friends can say it looks like an Audi and I can educate them by saying it's designed by the same guy.

I can understand if the concept is one of those far-out designs (like the original Acura RDX concept) so obviously it's not going to see the light of day. But this thing is totally production ready. what's the point of the concept if the production car is going to look nothing like it.

Safety Car
kia is becoming like hyundai now.. (well.. they are pretty much same company now)
i heard this car's design executive is from audi...
i can't believe he chose that wheel..... it looks so out of date...

i'm the only one posting in this thread... lol
here are some production model pictures
supposedly this used platform of azera and should replace kia amanti
kdm version seems like a lot of new technology like rain sensing wipers, auto defogging, lane departure warning, etc etc... but i bet most of them will not come in usdm version as seen with genesis sedan

So seriously, you will be able to get that car with a pure white leather interior and piano black trim? That's so "from the future". If I had that car I would totally drive it wearing all white clothes and clear shield-style sunglasses.

The sizzle in the Steak
Don't forget to shave your head too for that "futuristic look".....in the future, hair is no longer needed.

I looked at a few on the prototype run line last week in Korea. Yohan's pictures are spot on. It looked really good in person. But there was a line or two on the front fascia that I just didn't like initially.
Overall, a promising car. I didn't get a chance to drive it.
But I did go along for a 140-mph ride on the test track (43-degree bank) in an Equus. I want one. That car is sick. The rear suspension drops for passenger ingress/egress and rises back up once in motion. Nothing new, I know, but very trick on a car projected to sell for $60k. At full drop, it looked like a low rider.
