K&N Acquires AEM Intake Division
Being in the industry I get to hear news before it's officially out. Heard this one last week and figure it's safe to leak now. AEM has sold it's Intake Division to K&N last week.
Also, Crane Cams is officially shutting doors after trying to restructure the end of Feb.

K*N pioneered the intake industry, if it wasn't for them you wouldn't have the majority of products you do. K&N makes a good product.
FYI, the AEM intake line will most likely remain the same and be untouched. Kind of like when AEM sold DCsports to Pilot
Also, AEM is not going away, they will continue w/ their EMS, Pulleys, etc
