I happen to really like the interior, simple and not overdone.....quality looks like its there.
Like how when you start the car, the vent covers open and the gear selector rises...."comes alive" as Callum said.
I'm sure the SC'd model with 20in wheels, bigger brakes, premium interior and other features is going to be a really nice sedan.
The headlights are a letdown, but I'm not so sure it would stop me from getting the car.

... the headlamps are starting to grow on me... something tells me by the time I see it in person I'll be fine with it. Though I understand the edge Jag is trying to convey over it's competitors by offering the NA 4.2V8 as it's base engine, I really wish they'd gone with a more conventional V6 base engine setup. If I were Jag, I'd take Ford's new 300HP 3.5L Duratec, enlarge it a bit (like Infiniti did), and "Jaguarize" it a bit so that they could market it as their own... Not having a 3210-320HP 3.7L DOHC V6 for Jag seems like an oversite to me.

The interior's fuckin' awesome. Period. Contemporary and fresh, the materials look great as well as the fit and finish. I like the innovations (hidden vents, pop up gear selector) more and more, and I love that leather dash; that shit's hot.

wow, talk about a concept which is a head turner...too bad they diverged quite a bit from the concept.

The sizzle in the Steak
The interior is too simple looking.
The exterior is decent, but not awe inspiring.

The front mostly, and front 1/4 shots.
The interior reminds me big time of buick. that flat aluminum piece where the screen is showing, except in Buicks it's fake wood. And the flat steering wheel with the oversized center looks 'old' to me.
the tail lights do look very nice.
the coupe jag looks very nice tho

I think the blue lighting around the switchgear is totally cool.
Should look neat at night.

IMHO Jaguar interiors should be more elegant...this just screams minimalist.
Minimalist design and Jaguar do not belong in the same sentence.

The interior looks fine it has all those advanced features with the hidden vents, pop up shifter, and a nice looking wood trim. This looks a lot better than the Lucrene's fake ass interior.

New Jaguar XF Preview
This being my first post to this forum, so pardon me if i violate protocols in any manner, shape or form. Tonight while browsing through automotive news, i came across the preview of Jaguar XF (their so called four-door sports saloon), and i must admit, its quite a feast for the eyes. Judge for your self :-)

Jaguar XF-R Test Mule Spy Photos
Just last week Jaguar revealed the all-new Jaguar XF sedan and just a few days later spy photographers caught this test mule of the highest performance version to be called, XF-R. Looking quite Frankenstein, this crude test mule uses the body of an S-Type but receives a front clip transplant from the XF which is ironically still covered in camouflage. Given away by the four exhaust pipes, massive wheels with lo-profile tires, cross-drilled brake disks and an entourage of XK-R coupes following behind, the 4.2 liter supercharged V8 most likely lies beneath. The XF sedan is now available for order in Europe and U.S. pricing will be announced in November with deliveries starting in March 2008. The XF-R should follow a year later.
