Actually it's an '02, not an '03, but doesn't matter because they were essentially the same. BTW - the image didn't come up for me.
Anyway, speaking as a former '03 TL-S owner, I gotta say there isn't much comparison between the old TL and new TL, other than to show how different they are.
I think the most interesting side-to-side comparison would be TSX and new TL. I've seen it in person (at length and in detail), but I don't think any such pic has been posted here.
