First up, and closest to reality, is MyFord. It's an integrated infotainment system like the rest, utilizing your cellphone to serve it data and integrating nicely with a suite of apps that will, with any luck, flood all the major application stores. We already provided our impressions of the tech at some length so we won't blather on about it too much here, but suffice it to say that this is not only one of the most impressive implementations that we saw at the show, but Ford's approach of applying this to all of the company's vehicles is encouraging. That it's launching on the 2011 Focus, a value-minded auto, shows the blue oval hasn't forgotten that pleasing the masses is what got it to where it is today. Yes, we realize that because of this corporate direction Ford may not be the most exciting marque on the planet, but as of now it offers the highest-tech systems available in a mass-produced car -- a fact that we're still trying to get our heads around.

Focus Wagon
2012 Ford Focus Wagon unveiled
John Fleming, chairman ad CEO, Ford of Europe, also spoke about the brand new Ford Focus Wagon. The wagon features the same kinetic design language found on the Ford Fiesta and new Focus sedan and hatchback models that were introduced in North America.
Fleming explained that the C-segment in Europe comprises five million annual units – with the wagon comprising roughly one-third of those sales. In some countries, like Germany and Italy, wagons make up over half of the market share.
“Wagon customers want extra space and flexibility. Yet they still expect all of the technology, great driving dynamics and superb styling. We believe the new Focus Wagon will more than satisfy their requirements in every way,” Fleming said.
It appears as if the Focus wagon will be staying out of America, likely due to the sub-4 percent share of Focus sales last time it was offered stateside.

I just emailed Ford corporate (for whatever good that will do):
I saw that John Fleming, chairman ad CEO, Ford of Europe, also spoke about the brand new Ford Focus Wagon. The article that mentions the Focus wagon also mentions that the Focus wagon will NOT be coming to the United States. I think this is a mistake. Volkswagen is having no problem selling their Jetta Sportwagen and I believe that the Focus wagon looks better inside and outside than the VW. Please give me a reason to buy a Ford and not a Jetta. I'm sure I'm not the only one in America that would love to own a Focus wagon.

To just ignore wagons and leave the $25-30k range all to Volkswagen is shortsighted.
Volkswagen sold 18,000 Jetta Sportwagens in 2009. A huge percentage were diesels (something Ford should seriously consider for the MY2012 Focus launch). Their January 2010 Sportwagen sales were up 39% YoY.
I hope they bring it here but if they don't, I hope it's for other reasons than "the last time we sold a Focus wagon no one bought it."
Especially considering the 2004 Focus was already inferior to the Civic/Corolla.

It's probably big but if I had to guess, I'm thinking about the size of a current Jetta Sportwagen.
The current Euro Focus estate dimensions are:
176" long with a 104" wheelbase
The current Jetta Sportwagen's dimensions are"
179" long with a 101.5" wheelbase.
The new Focus might be bigger but I don't think it'll be the size of a Passat Variant (188" long, 106.7" wheelbase).

I wonder if they'll bring back the Cosworth engines to Ford? Imagine a sick 500 horse Focus that'll bring death to any domestic and import muscle cars
