So clean and simple...huge blind spots, but I can get past that. Looking forward to being able to test drive one.

For some people the idea of comparing this car versus other cars in the $40k range ranges from ludicrous to asinine ...

But if I'm going to pay $40k for a new car, I'm very likely to look at 335i or G37S first.

This car will only sell in U.S. because of its name history. It will never sell outside of U.S. as design is so ugly and plain.

Imagine if this car was made from Hyundai or Subaru, then everyone would laugh at it...Only cause its made from American company white people will buy it. Talk about blind patriotism...

^^^You're right, it probably won't sell outside of the US...but who cares?

As for who makes it, I wouldn't care; it's still an awesome looking car. If Kia made it, I'd still check it out.

+1....Lost a bit of the "wow" factor for me.

And is it a first to have 20" rims stock on a coupe?

Oh stop your pity party already. I would say 60% of this forum is asian so get over yourself.

For the record, my father had a challenger when he came to america so hes excited about this new one. It was his frist car he bought here so it has meaning to foreigners.

He just couldnt afford the gas so he sold it.

*edit* It was a Charger, not a Challenger. But you got my point.

i'll burn an Om symbol with you.
You drive and I'll throw the beer cans at him.

I brown and i am drooling over this car. White with a black hood...and fuck it, i'll take the auto! This car will be waaay better put together than the Mustang...the platform is solid. And ... the Camaro is on the horizon.....
Nothin but good times!

Please don't confuse people not tolerating you because you're an idiot with racial bigotry.

I guess I'm just not into retro styling. It's nice, but not my cup of tea. Maybe for 32K but 40K fully loaded???

It's really nice..Muscular and a pretty aggressive stance. Not the retro-styled modern car of my dreams, but not bad at all. I have high hopes for the Camaro

Not only was your comment racist, but it was also ignorant. Ever heard of the pot calling the kettle black? Just because someone directs something racist towards you doesn't make it okay for you to stoop down to their level of idiocy and hypocritically commit the same mistake. Hate crimes and hateful racial insults are no joke but it seems to have blurred your sense of racism.

I'm Vietnamese and I own a Camaro, and no it is not riced, no I don't race it on the street or listen to techno in it and it is not a V6. And if there's anything else that you're about to pull out of your ass that's racist, think again before you say it because you're probably dead-fucking-wrong. I bought it used so it doesn't matter anyway, but if I were to buy an American (which I am) car that's new, why not? It would help my country's economy.... though anyone who buys an American car because its American, or even a Japanese car or German car because it is what it is, is a dumbass. I don't care what people in other countries think about American cars.... I'll buy what I like, not what someone else likes.

This sums it up quite well:

If it comes with 380hp and a 6 speed for 30k I might really consider it for a DD

I like how muscular it looks, not really a Dodge fan, but it does look very tough.

Wait for about two years and you'll probably be able to get one used for that price or cheaper.

And here's the upcoming 2009 R/T model which will feature the new 380hp HEMI, a six-speed manual and a sticker price of around $30k.

Was talking about this.

That's exactly what I'm thinking about doing...or using a hookup I have through a friend/coworker to get a new one at cost.

That shift knob looks like it came straight out of a porno... but at least it doesn't have a mushroom head like the Z32 300ZX shift knob. I wouldn't feel comfortable gripping that thing, especially with all the phallic jokes flying around in this thread.

The stereo looks like it came out of a mid 80's minivan- and I f I am not mistaken is teh same POS that is in the new Sebring( I had a rental a month ago- anyone that walks into a Chrysler dealship under their own power and walks out with a Sebring should be shot)

They should have just paid someone to do the interior..
