Just got a notification in the mail about a class action suit against Honda/Acura for odometer discrepencies.

End result: if the settlement is approved, I'll get a 2500 mile extension on my warrenty, meanwhile the attorneys will get about 9,800,000 dollars.

My appologies to any attorneys, but thanks for nothing!!!

Anybody else think this is crap.

If you throw it away, you are technically taking no action, which will place you in the "participate in the settlement" group.
So if you think this law suit is BS, you have to formally Object to the settlement and exclude yourself from the settlement.

Next time you have to pay more for you Honda/Acura, you can thank these fine attorneys for protecting our rights... And getting rich in the process

Well, considering that we're all pretty much "participating in the settlement"

The letter is useless?

I'll just sit on my ass until May 30th and wait to see what happens.
