The North American (Detroit) International Auto Show is only 6 months away.

Any thoughts on what to expect at this show? What about shows before it like Frankfurt and Tokyo? I'm seriously thinking about going to Tokyo to check out any noteworthy releases.

Acura RL??

Oh yeah, anyone know how I go about getting credentials for these events, so that I can get in before viewing is opened to the general public?

Usually to get credentials, you need to be a media man. I know at the LA Autoshow, we could pay something like 250 bucks and get in early. That money went to charity.

The Acura RL.. Woohoo. Needs a major makeover bigtime. Infiniti and Nissan, same thing, crap added with a lot of plastic.

Acura Rl/Honda Legend supposedly at Tokyo which I think is this fall. You think the TL is going to be awesome wait for the RL. Those RL engineers have been taking a long siesta for the last 8 years. They'll be showing the world what Acura is all about very shortly.
