I just need to vent a bit and see if anyone knows where I can go from here...
My X-Box 360 which I bought in 05 when it first came out has been having problems for years but everytime I called in they helped me to get it to work for a few months then again.. So It finally bit the big one nuttin I can do gets it to work. So I called X-box again 2day and trouble shot again and could not get it to work. So they say its gonna be $99.99 to fix and $20 shipping..Im like WTF they say my extended 3 year warrrenty expired april 09 a few month ago and nuttin they can do so i asked to speak to a superviser and I get the SAME BS i gotta pay if i wanna play! This was the original FAULTY 360 and they will not replace it for free , I am soo pissed and the guy said he is the highest up so i am basiclly screwed and gotta pay $120 to get it fixed.. I though that people who bought the first batch of x-boxes had a lifetime warrenty but I am / was wrong..
Sorry to vent and it really is not about the money its just that they sold me a faulty product and now REFUSE to fix it for free..
All the other times i called maybee like 2 or 3 no one told me when the warrenty expired they just troubleshot it with me and got it to work if I knew I would have sent it in B4 april..This is BS!

 

go on craigs list there is bound to be somebody on there to fix it. around here there is a 16 y/o kid that fixes red rings for like 30-40 and guarantees it not to break again or its a free fix try that i also had him mod mine for 20 and can play burnt games woot woot
