Alright so Im talking to the dealer today about the TL's, I have a abyss blue coming next friday. So I said to him how much does the dealer charge to put tint on. He said that If i put tint on the rear window it will affect XM radio cause of the antenna on the window. I am wondering if anyone has heard about this or is experiencing it right now cause there is no way in hell that im not going to tint my windows.

 

The FM antenna if in the rear window and I have no problem with mine. The XM antenna is on the roof.

 

just make sure the tint is not metallic... i know that happens and can affect GPS systems because it interferes w/ the type of tint... just ask the tint shop before they do it.. they wll know...

 

I have a Viper GPS tracking system with the antenna hidden under the rear deck. It works fine with my metallic tinted windows.
