CL: where is stock amp located in 2003 cl??

where is stock amp located in 2003 cl??

I need to bypass stock amp. How to do this??

In a 02-03 tl, its behind the rear seats, under the trunk carpet....I dont know if thats where it is on a cl, but they are so close in design that I'd say give it a try.

Inside trunk. Right side behind the carpet. You'll have to peel the carpet out to get to it.
