I want to connect my after market amp and a sub for 00 TL but whats the best way to do it? for stock bose system.

I bought a line level converter and used the front speaker wires. Although, I sorta wish I modified an RCA cable and tapped into the stock crossover wires for my signal. Anyone else on here do that? You know, cut the stock equalizer wires and bypass it modifying the RCA cables? Is it better than bypassing the stock EQ and then tapping off the stock speaker wires with a line level converter?

i used the line level converter originally before i got my new headunit. jus tap into rear speakers
