I am messing around with the ideas of what to do with my graduation money. One option that is beginning to look good to me is re-doing my head unit. Mainly beacuse it is such a pain in the ass to get to play cd's. I am looking for an MP3/CD w/rca outs and is nice looking. How much would it be to have it installed, keeping my navi voice? Also would it be possible for me to keep the remotre volume and track control on the steering wheel active? What are my options here? I would like to keep everything under a grand. Thanks for any input...

as for what radio... i like alpine or eclipse... and yes it should be possible to keep the navi voice and the stock steering wheel remotes... as for how much i guess it depends on what all you want done... but i am sure you can get a good headunit installed for under a grand...

 

there is another thread on steering wheel volume adapter, try a search. i am interested in this too because i have grown accostomed to this feature
