I have a 2000 TL with a body kit. I am wanting to install a sound system in it but having troubles seeing if it will void the warrenty or not. Also wat things could possible go wrong in the car after installing it.

i dont see how it will void your warranty... i have had a system in my car since it was 3 months old and have taken it to the dealer numerous times for warranty work and nothing was said.. and i dont see anything going wrong after installing a system as long as everything was done correctly....

If you get a new sound system that would not void any warranty.
If you look at how many people on this forum that have new sound systems in their cars. My car is just about as close to stock as anyones. I have alot of the factory accessories but I also have a $1000 Aftermarket alarm system & XM SATELLITE FM mod hooked to the factory radio. Like said as long as the install is done correct its okay. If say you would get a new head unit only & the factory speakers blow. Then they could say it would void the waranty on the speakers.
