Just checked out the base sound system in the Volvo S60 T5 today.

It pretty good and puts the Acura BOSE crap to SHAME!!!

 

My dad got the S80. i believe its somewhere along the same line as the S60. Their systems are mad nice. the 9 speakers for the S80 and the bass shakes up all the mirrors (side mirrors, back mirrors, rear view) EVERYTHING. i wish TL would make theirs nice so i dun hafta change them

 

I noticed that... when I drove the TL I was thinkin... SWEETTT bose...
it sounds good and clean but its lacking, all you get is base from the Nd woofer, the bass just sounds like its only coming from the center rear parcel shelf...
It should have been 7 speaker... tweeters in the front so that the door speakers front and rear could have had a bit more bass

 

My wife's Bose system in her Mazda Miata sounds so much beter than that of the TL. It only has 2 tweters and 2 regular full range speakers.
