They new design they used in their mids is great, the crossovers look awsome, but i can agree with the tweets. I do not like the new design, but when tuned up good, they do sound great. If anyone has the oppurtunity to listen to these speakers in a car, I would do so.
No, they were discontinued. They may come back someday I guess.

BTW, if you've ever watched a manual Toy Tacoma pull through the e-brake when remote started, you might not be so trusting of it. Hit the corner of a house, damaged the front end. Low-mileage brand new 2x4 truck, e-brake in good shape.

Make sure you got a safety kill switch for when servicing, valet parking, etc.

Good advice about any speakers.

That's good.

Didja grab the e-brake (-) wire and connect it to the neutral-safety wire of the Viper? (It must be grounded for the starter to operate). Than you know at least the brake is on...

Ads Ph15

I have been a long time fan of ADS. I just installed a PH15 in my 99 Accord EX-V6 along with a Coustic crossover. I am encountering alternator whine, but I have isolated it to the Coustic.

Any suggestions?

Yeah, post this in the engine noise primer thread ; )

I always had noise in those Coustic Xovers... never understood why they got good reviews.

You could try filtering the input power... but I'd toss the damned thing and get something else. I never had noise in AudioControl xovers... (EQ's, YES, but not xovers).

Heck, since you seem to be nostalgic, maybe you can find a 642csi (no, wait, they are noise too...)

Thanks for the input, I was already considering an AudioControl.

I am going to try the filters this weekend, if no avail, I will pick up a different crossover.

I guess I am a bit nostalgic, now if I threw a 7903 in there - that would be nostalgic. Or, perhaps a Punch 150 to run the subs
