Here is one from the Eminem DVD. The only problem i have is the fact that there is a bigger black space on the left side of the screen then on the right....i played with the resolution on the laptop and couldn't get it to re-align or center itself....am i missing something? Thanks...more pics and a howto to come soon!

Why did you need to take apart your entire console to get the the decoder installed? I thought you just needed to splice into the navi wires that run along the driver's side door sill.

It all depends on what you want to do....I needed to get the fm modulator hooked up as well (which needs to be plugged into the antenna part of the radio) and taking the console apart is not a huge deal...just tedious....

Is the navi computer in the trunk or in the dash? Isn't the antenna in the back as well. Can't I tap into both of these from the door sill and leave the decoder under the seat. I really don't want to open up all that.

The navigation signal wires to the monitor are in the door sill, http://albums.photopoint.com/j/Album...a=13514396&f=0 but the radio antenna wire is easily accessed from the center console. You just need to pop off the two wood trim pieces off of the sides of the panel then unscrew the driver's side leather center console cover that is near the footwell. From there its a tight fit but you can reach the antenna plug and squeeze in the FM modulator.

Can you post pictures of where you mounted the decoder and FM modulator? I have mine on the passenger side but if you have a better place, I think I want to relocate mine.
Thanks.

No black bars are on my Honda navi display. Although maybe a little off center. There are a couple trim adjustments inside the AVC-RGB1. I don't recall any of them being horizontal position, but worth a miner adjustment to find out the results on screen position.
