Has anyone hooked this up to their TSX? My friend just got this installed in his 06 M3 with Navi, and I looks and works great, he can control all of his ipod using the little remote, he can even watch Videos.

I was looking into getting this, but was waiting for some reviews since there seems to be none out there.

I think all would appreciate it if your friend could take some pictures and write a review and post it on the bimmer forums or the ipod forums.

Well, I dont think he is going to write a review but I used it in his car and it worked great, the remote they provide controls everything and is super easy to use.

Bummer, how about I throw out some questions and see if you guys can answer them?

- Do you know if it is definately using the line-out signal from the ipod?
- Is there any kind of gain adjustment on the valor unit itself?
- Do you know what the differences are in how the unit functions while in ipod mode vs, say, music mode?
- Do the menu screens look like they do in the picture you posted or do they look like crap as seen in the manual (pdf) ?
- Where did your friend buy it and how much did it cost him?

Would appreciate if you could answer/speculate on any of the above. Thanks.
