i was randomly reading some audio/video messages/ forums and noticed the idiots that post really stupid shit about audio. 95% of the people have no clue what they are talking about or just tell everyone to get the most expensive thing available.

by far the stupidest audio forum i have found is on onlinshowoff. they are worse then the customers that come into the store everyday.

just had to vent, it was a rough day.

heres some examples:

one guys says he needs a good amp for (2) fosgate he2, someone responds: get the best amp, "McIntosh" $2K amp for $100 speakers

heres another:
okok heres my choice, if u dunt have them money problems like i do then i suggust u to get at lest 3-4 12' in ur trunk,get them audiobahn or sony xplods or them polk momo ones, they be slappin pretty hard, just put them in a nice home wit some good amps and u be slappin all day> in the back of a civic hatch

I juss put in a sub box with two 500watt jensen subz n a 1600watt amp on my 98 integra gs. I got a cap 1farad stinger cap. but it seems to be workin even though the led meter doesn't turn on. well i wuz ridin down with da system up for like 30min den took everything out(clean da car) n da next day (system not in car) there was no power left in the whole car. Anyone have ne idea wut would help dis prob? im not sure but mah integra battery is small. Do u dink that da problem. would it help if i run the amp n da cap with sub to a seperate battery in da back trunk?
