I dont really want to mess with the stock head unit, so I was thinking of just adding this upgrading what I have. Has anyone have good/bad experience with this unit?

From what I read, others have stated how easy it is to install (via XM radio module) Does anyone know where the XM radio module is in a 2006 TL without Navi?

 

I have a USASPEC unit in my '02 TL and it has been flawless...

i can't recall which one but I'll try to find the receipt.

call USASPEC; they were very helpful. They can probably recommend a shop for the install too.

Turns out I have a different USASPEC unit; iPod only, no Bluetooth. so I can't comment on this particular unit.

but my iPod-adapter has been bulletproof... A good installer should be able to advise you.
