Upgrading Speakers ?

Hey I was hoping you guys could give me some advice I plan on upgrading my door speakers and i was wondering if these speakers were decent or even worth buying.
Im not trying to spend alot of money but I'm willing to pay some cash if its worth it. I searched and found these would be perfect size to replace factory but as far as quality can some of you guys give me some input?

http://www.clarion.com/products/2004.../SRR1325_.html

I also want to replace the sub should i go with a kicker free air sub and just replace the factory sub or should i go aftermarket amp and sub? I want to keep my factory head deck. I also dont want a really loud system just a little more bass than the factory sub is pushing out now. what are some recommendations? thanks

if u replace ur speakers w/out replacing your headunit, then there will be tremendous amount of high's coming from your system. you will need to bypass the offboard eq and then run the signal into a separate amplifier if you want to keep the stock headunit.
