Upgrade Navigation

I have an 03 CL Types S with Navigation and plan on installing a Pioneer Avic F900BT. Will my heating and A/C still work on the stock navigation screen? Will I lose that conectivity? Thanks in advance

Of course it will. You will be just taking out the factory head unit and nothing else.
