tvs in headrest

tvs in headrest

if i buy the tvs for the headrest, how much will a store charge to just install them? also how cheap can you get the tvs for, i saw brand new phoenix ones for 80 bucks.

they are 80 bucks for a reason, they SUCk the quality blows ass. neways a store would charge alot. just do it yourself.

i wouldn't advise dropping 80 bucks on screens often times form dead on the screens will look decent but if you get any kind of angle on them ie if your not directly in front of them they will look like hell; if you've never done screens they can be tricky just a warning; lemme know if you want to drop a lil more money on screens because i'm a car stereo dealer

Jput, as a car stereo dealer, what do you suggest for our Acura TL headrests?? ALso, is the wiring hard to do myself?? what brand for headrests and how is the install on the headrest itself??

If you're going to get a monitor for your car, get a TFT-LCD screen. Also, I'd prefer a 16:9 ratio widescreen, they look better.

Here is my setup, two Panasonic 7" TFT-LCD widescreens:




If you have a steady hand and good attention to detail, do the install yourself. I can coach you through it if you want. I did mine and saved on the $150 installation.
