TSX RES Package DVD OEM?

Does anyone know if this add-on is a real OEM? I found it on eBay.

the pictures of it are the factory one wether or not that is what they are selling is a different story

$1350 or $1500 buy now. That seems pricey for what you get. When Acura gave me a loaner w/DVD player, It seemed pretty useless. If you loose the remote you are screwed.
