Its possible, although you have very, very little room to work. If you want full access to that connector you'll need to remove the radio.
However, if you're just trying to grab a signal from there, that harness just goes from the back of the radio to the stock amp, and it is much more accessible there.

I just need enough room to pop off the connector and attach a new Y-cable so I can install my moto bluetooth kit. I don't even need to see the darn thing, just enough to pull out the connector and put the new one on.
