tsx constant power question

I need to hook up a parrot car kit to a constant power source so the parrot kit remembers its memory, would i connect it to A10? It looks like A9 is wired to the ignition and A10 has juice always flowing? And A10 should be 12v right? The parrot ins say hook it up directly to the battery.. yea..

That's what I would hook it to... but I would test it with a voltmeter first.
