Tracks are delayed

Hi there, first time posting anything on here as I just became a member, I have a 2018 RDX and when my phone is connected to the Bluetooth and I want to change the song it has a couple seconds of delay before the song starts and sometimes when I click next the song doesn’t skip so I’m wondering if anyone has had this issue and if there is a solution or it’s just something I have to get used too . Thanks
