Touchscreen questions/Mac Mini Install

I would like to install a Mac Mini into my TSX without installing a secondary flat panel. I mostly want to use the stock TSX touchscreen for OEM appearances and to reduce the cost of this project. I am wondering if anyone has the following information:

1. Running a VGA/RCA/SVIDEO signal into the TSX LCD. I have seen RCA adapters that allow DVD/Video playback, but I am wondering if something for VGA exists.

2. What kind of I/O does the touchscreen use? From what i have seen on other touchscreens, this is either a serial or USB based connection, unless it's something proprietary on the TSX. I would like to know more.

I can find switches for VGA and serial; if that is all that is required, installing a Mac Mini will not be difficult. Then I would buy that SHOND adapter for the audio, although I am also planning on replacing the stock amp. I am hoping to either integrate the Mac Mini's audio-out into the TSX's stock system, or run a bypass/switch for an after-market amp. I will upgrade the stock amp at some point any ways, but if anyone has a better way to do this please share it with me!

I would like any information people have on PC installs also. Thanks!

For the video I would assume you can do the Navi conversion to add a video input to the screen..

Either way though the touch screen will not work for the computer.. Atleast I don't know of a way to keep it fully functional..

^^ You won't be able to use the touch screen to control and/or interface with the Mac mini.

You should maybe consider something like this if you want touchscreen control:
http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...sPageName=WDVW

Check if this will fit, but you can maybe mount this where the storage bin normally is. CCColtsIceHockey has a screen in that location. You should hit him up.

Does the apple mini support touch screen interfaces though?

From what i have read about OS X, it has all kinds of built in drivers for touchscreens. It also works with all kinds of open source Unix based drivers, so i am not terribly worried about operating system functionality. However, knowing the interface type would help. I'm fairly sure it's serial though, unless anyone knows for a fact that it's USB. Thanks for all the good responses.
