Question For those with lcds...

How did you hook up the audio sources without loosing navigation voice. I was thinking of adding the aftermarket changer, but would rather do it without it (the changer has an aux input for audio). Can I somehow tap into the amp to send a signal from my dvd/mp3/vcd/cd player? Thanks....

I'm not exactly sure what your asking here, but I can tell you navi voice L and R channels are on the factory wire harness for your radio. As I recall pins 2&3, but you will want to test before using these. The best bet is to get a 99 or 2000 Honda after market wire harness (sold at car stereo shops). All your color coded wires will be labled. You will notice that 4 of the pins are not used and not wired on the after market harness. one wire is for steering wheel radio controls, one for navi mute (+12v when navi wants to mute the stereo) and the others are L&R navi audio. If you tap into these audio lines you might be able to feed them to a AUX-in on your aftermarket stereo or if your running amps, wire them in parallel with your amps (I'd recommend using a 15K resistor on these lines if doing so, the signal level is pretty high).

Hope this helps,
Steve
