System in brand new car safe?

I'll be picking up my 2k3 WDP Type S w/Navi & Bodykit in a couple hours. Anyways, I was wondering if it would be safe for me to hook up my system to my new car. Here's a list of what I will be running...

2 12" Eclipse SW8122.4 in custom fiber-glass box
2 Eclipse 34230 amps ( Each amp for each subwoofer )
1 Eclipse EA3532 amp ( Interior speakers )
15f Alumapro Capacitor

.. another question. I will be hooking up my my system to the stock HU. Is this ok? I know my system won't be as strong as one with an aftermarket HU but I'm all outta money and gotta wait a bit to get my HU+Deck-kit. If anyone could post some tutorials/directions on hooking up my amps to the HU.
.. last question. I know it probably has been already discussed but I'm too lazy to type anymore and click Where's the stock amp located???

i hope you're looking to replace your door speakers as well, since the stock ones suck (who the hell uses a paper cone nowadays?!?!?!?!)...

anyway, read this thread for instructions on where the stock sub amp is (behind rear seat back, on the passenger side), which wires to tap for the sub amp, and where you should run your power line through the firewall:
