Subwoofer replacement.

Hey guys,

I was thinking about swapping my box with 2 Kicker 12 inch comp subs for one of these

do you think the levels of bass would even be comparable with one ten compared to 2 twelves if I am using the same 600 watt peak mono amp?

It would be pretty tough for any single 10 to keep up with 2 12's. The only way I can think of a 10 coming close is if it was in a ported box, but still 2 12s is alot of surface area in comparison.

When you say 600 watts peak then what is the RMS because you won't hit peak power often unless you are really blasting your system at full tilt?

Are you going to stay with Kicker because if getting loud is your thing here are some other subs that do that very well:
