Subwoofer Install.........

I bought an Acura RL A-Spec recently and I had a few questions about the way the stock stereo is hooked up.

First off, are there RCA outputs in the trunk to add a subwoofer to, or do I have to splice into all the wiring?

Secondly, I've heard the RL uses its stock subwoofer as part of its noice reduction system. Will this affect the sub I install as well ??

I'm putting in a 12" Diamond Mac Daddy that is in a dynomat/lead/carpet inner-lined ported box, powered by a Phoenix Gold XS2500 500 Watt amp.

Wow! one of the few RL Owners that I've seen wantin' to mod

I'm not to familiar w/the electrical system of the RL, but maybe you can find someone with a Helms Manual, or purchase one. That might help.
