i went to car toys to install my old subwoofer that was sittin in my room and the guy at car toys told me that i have to get a cd deck first ...
but i saw some TL with subs on and they didnt have cd deck ..
can anyone reply with some comment?
like if its actually gonna sound bad without cd deck on?
i have 12 JL and 600watts nexus amp
it hit pretty hard in my previous car

 

LOL, sounds like they were just trying to make some money off you. There is no need for a CD deck, the sub will sound just fine if it's in a good enclosure and is hooked up right.
