RLX: Subscribing to AcuraLink problem
Subscribing to AcuraLink problem
I purchased a 2018 SH-AWD RLX in June and decided last weekend to subscribe to AcuraLink. I called to have them set me up. They told me to look for an email. When I didn't get it, I called them back the next day. I learned that the first person who took my call misspelled my name, email, and put the wrong address on my account. They attempted to fix it; however, I was unable to log in. After no less than 4 calls and 2 hours on the phone with them, they told me they would delete my account completely and to call back tonight so that I could start over. I called back to have them set me up AND IT STILL DOESN'T WORK! When I log into the AcuraLink app on my phone, it tells me I need to call AcuraLink to set up a subscription. I'm not sure what the problem is. Has anyone else have problems getting AcuraLink set up?
