Stripped My TRUNK today! *Updated*

i stripped my trunk today and started the sound deadening process. The Texas heat is killer!

not very hard....just a few of those "clip on" screws and ur done. prolly took me 10 mins.

I dynamatted the trunk in my golf and it made a huge difference. Make sure you get one of those little rollers to help squish it into all the little cracks and ensure a good bond.

It just gets rid of a lot of road noise. The Golf was very loud on the highway to begin with so I imagine the improvement won't be as great in the TSX but every bit counts. It also stops a lot of the stray vibrations coming from the sub which prevents rattles.

I drive in a lot of earthquakes so yes it does make a difference.
