Stock Bose radio lower bass as volume increases

Stock Bose radio lower bass as volume increases

did anybody ever notice that the bass does not get any louder after you reach a certain point? that point isnt very loud either. then when you turn it down real low and leave it for a second, you'll notice that more bass will suddenly kick in. you'll need subwoofer(s) to be able to tell this but try it out. looks like its time for the Bose radio to go.

yeah, it does that with the high frequencies too... its their way of keeping the speakers sounding decent at what they think is a "loud listening level". If you notice, its pretty hard to make a Bose system distort, and that is why. (also the fact that it dosent go very loud)
