Stock Bose Amp

Where is the stock Bose amp in a 2003 cl-s? Is it worth replacing with a high quality amp?

It's only worth replacing if you plan to replace all the speakers too... stock speakers are unusually low impedance and won't work well with an aftermarket amp.
