Steering Wheel Controls.

So I know there is a kit you can buy from crutchfield, sonicelectronix, etc. but I was curious if there was any way of splicing wires together to make the steering wheel controls work w/ an after market HU..

I think you can get a TR 7 module and thats pretty easy to use and very cost effective
