For Spotify fans, I just discovered that when using an iPhone 5 with the USB connection, Spotify will play if you already have it open on the phone with a playlist started. The sound quality is better than BT streaming, and (more importantly) the playlist and songs show up on screen (in place of the iPod playlist). Plus, the "next track" toggle on the steering wheel works as well.
