I just purchased a used 2004 RSX base automatic and I love it, my only problem is the speakers. When I bought it, it had the stock speakers and radio (Bose). The front speakers had no sound and the back speakers played very quietly, and the sound was a little fuzzy. I got a pioneer double din (but not touch screen) radio with pioneer speakers. My boyfriend and I were going to have geek squad install the front speakers, but heard the back ones were easy so we went ahead and installed them. They played with the stock radio, but still quiet and fuzzy. We then replaced the radio. The front stock radio speakers would play, quietly and fuzzy, but the back pioneer speakers that previously played now didn't. I would love to be able to fix this myself without geek squad. Any suggestions?

 

Make sure you xover settings on the pioneer are set to High pass or flat. as the rear's are sometimes set for subs from the factory.

 

Also it's not a canadian model is it? as the Premium model in canada was a base with type-s radio/interior
