Question speakers, JBL

I am gonna get this:

Blaupunkt Hambug reciever (25x4 RMS, 45x4)
Sony XM-1502SX (150x2 RMS, 380x2), with
1 Fosgate HE RFP3410 10" woofer (50-200 RMS, 400).

now I also want to replace my factory speakers for my 96 2.5 TL. first of all, can the factory speakers handle the above setup good enough, w/o too much distortion at high volumes? if not, I was thinking about getting the JBL GTO7520 5"x7"/6"x8" all around, replace all four speakers. the JBLs at rated at 5-60 RMS w/ 150 peak. for $59.95 a pair. my question is, will those fit my car, and will it sound good with the setup above?

will 6"x9" fit my car? front/rear??? or is it 6"x8" all around?
