some help please

i got an 2003 acura 3.2 cl but i want to change that stock bose headunit with a pioneer but i was told i would mess up the alarm and the computer on it so what should i do or is this bull

someone lied to you. ive never had and computer probs. or alarm probs.

Yeah they lied to you man...
The problem I had was the stock speakers are trash, so you may wanna consider changing them at the same time.... just my

maybe they were talking about the alarm on the radio??? that dumb security feature... who told you this info?

I think the only thing to get "messed up" would be losing the function of your steering wheel controls.

not entirely true, yes you will lose them, but there are kits to make them work.(depending if it is an option avail with your radio.) Mine was about $75 and is hardwired from the steering to the radio.
