Sirius - Plug and Play or Radio Tuner?

So I'm getting Sirius Radio for Christmas, and I'm having trouble deciding how to go about playing it in the car. I have one friend who says that I will get MUCH better reception if I get the radio turner for my radio, I have this one CLICK. I'm torn because the display is nothing great on the radio, I purchased the cable for the iPod and the sound quality is amazing compared to the FM transmitter.

So basically I want to get the plug and play, just listening to other reviews with the interface for Sirius on my deck people dont seem to really like it. But what compramise will I make with regards to the sound quality?

I figured there has to be a couple people with Sirius on here that could help me out.

Your best bet is in getting the Sirius SIR-KEN1. It sells for $99 and plugs into the back of your radio.
