Sirius Install Options

I've got an Alpine 9853. Should I get the sirius kit that plugs directly into the headunit where I view the info on the headunit, or should a get a stand alone sirius unit with RCA outs and hook it into the headunit that way?

I ask because it seems like the displays on the stand alone units give more info...

I would actually go with the unit that plugs into the Alpine head unit. The sound quality would be better I'm sure and the Sirius standalone units take up more space/attract the wrong people. And Stern Rules
