scratching my head

hey guys got a question for people that know about subs...i am not a newb... i actually compete but here is my question
i just got some bxi12d4(2005 brutus subs) one is moving more than the other...my box is not known to leak and they both have good suspension parts...really need to know the answer as these subs are the only pair left ...20lb motors on them lol....let me know your opinions.

i assume you have two subs. is your box separated? i mean, does each sub have its own chamber? if the space is not identical for each sub then sometimes when you "share" the space like that one sub can counter act the other one. one sub could just have a bad coil. i would check each sub by disconnecting one then the other. if both sub work, make sure they have identical airspace. are they mounted the same way? if not, remember to reverse the polarity on the one that is reversed. that could be another issue in itself, make sure they are wired to both push/pull at the same time. hope that helps. good luck trouble shooting.

yea its a seperate chambered enclosure .. i will free air them tommorow or the next.... i reversed the polarity once and i had it correct ...
