Retrofitting TL's ELS System to 94 Legend

Does anyone have any idea how easy (or difficult) a mod it would be to install the TL's ELS DVD-Audio head unit to a 2nd Gen Legend? An audio shop is selling a used ELS system. However I would have to get the radio code from Acura. Without proof of ownership of the vehicle, will it be possible to even obtain the radio code from Acura?

a guy on this forum was able to install the els system in his NSX. I have plans to do it to my first gen TL when i get suffiencient $$$. I believe the hardest part would be setting up the required wiring harness, and molding the dash. The nav units are pretty much self contained for the most part - they need to be hooked up to the VSS and reverse gear (i think).
