Just gave back my Rockford Fosgate Punch 300x and 500s amps and got Rockford Power 550x and 550S...Also put in a stinger digital chrome cap. I am still underpowering the solobaric buts it ok i dont need anymore bass.

the help i need is, How many of you have got a new alternator and what kind and how much. DO i really need to get a new one wit the amps I have? Please any help.

Thats what I thought to that I wasnt drawing enough power, but I did a formula I found, take your RMS power of your amps and double and then divide by 14.1 and I got like 134 which is the amp draw? Is this tru or just a BS equation and I also found the same formula on crutchfield but they divided it by 13.8 instead of 14.1.
